MilHonor.com plaques are designed and crafted to meet the discriminating
quality one would come to expect through their military service. This
objective has not only been met but also exceeded through superior
craftsmanship and the use of fine materials. MilHonor.com plaque construction
consists of solid brass insignia's finished with a high polished gold
or chrome plating treatment, solid brass service medallion all mounted to a hardwood plaque displaying
a bright lacquered teak finish. Decorative routed borders and polished
beveled edge engraved brass or stainless nameplates all add to the
eye appeal. Each plaque is equipped with two sturdy recessed brass
insert wall mounting hangers.

| Shipping

Shipping method is typically via United Parcel Service (ground) "FOB"
our facility. If you require expedited shipping (Next-Day or 2nd.
Day) please indicate your shipping requirements in the appropriate
location on our order form. It is our intent to expedite all orders
within a 2 week window plus shipping time, due to the nature of our
merchandise (custom engraving) schedules may slip, at all times the
customer will be kept informed on any backlogged orders if our standard
schedule will not be met.
We can ship worldwide, please contact us for global shipping and handling
charges. If you have special requests please enter this information
in the comments box. We will do everything we can to accommodate your
needs.

| Damages

merchandise is packaged with the utmost care to insure that all is
received in excellent condition. Note: For all shipments via United
Parcel Service, United States Postal Service or other service carrier
any damage or missing packages encountered a claim should be filed
immediately with said carrier for compensation. All merchandise shipped
out of our facility leave intact and damage free, therefore all damages
or shortages will be to the account of the shipping service carrier.

Merchandise returns are welcome within a 14 day time period from the
date of shipment. Refunds will be issued less all shipping,
handling and insurance charges. For all returns that exercised
the free engraving option a flat rate charge of $5.00 will be
accessed.
All of your personal and/or corporate information received to process
all order will be held with strict confidentiality. No information
will be disseminated or sold to third party agencies for unauthorized
use.
